Job Title: Floor & Motor Hands

 

White Mountain Operating is actively recruiting Safety Oriented Drillers, Floor and Motor Hands that are seeking to demonstrate excellence and participate in financial rewards.

 

This position will require travel to and perform at job sites throughout the Rocky Mountains and North Dakota working a 14 day on/off schedule. Candidates in this role will need to own and champion safety, execution, accountability and demonstrate leadership and integrity.

 

Qualifications/ Requirements:

 

  • Experience: Experience with Surface Drilling and Casing Installation using truck mounted, hydraulically operated rigs (Schramm, Atlas Copco, Soilmec or Equivalent)
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instructions. Ability to effectively communicate and confirm Safe work instructions to crews and 3rd parties and to adhere and execute client's drilling program and Safety Standards. Must able to capture and input precise and detailed entries into IADC reports
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to accurately maintain BHAs, tallies, joint counts and footages at all times
  • Organizational / Hygiene: Must keep and maintain workplace, crew camps and vehicles, in a safe, organized and hygienic manner. Effectively Demonstrates Leadership as well as Ownership in all operations
  • Mandatory Clean Driving Record: Preference Given to Class A CDLs or ability/desire to obtain
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Substance Abuse and Pre-Screening Required
