JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision, operate traveling or stationary crane to lift, move and position loads. Assist in the assembly, installation and repair of beam pumping units as assigned.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operates crane as required

Under supervision, assists in the assembly, installation, maintenance and repair of Beam Pumping Units as assigned

Identify and understand functions of the components of Beam Pumping Units

Participates in JSA processes

Participates in safely executing relevant SOPs

Works towards achieving Level 1 competency

QUALIFICATIONS

Able to demonstrate field/shop competency

Mechanical ability necessary to perform tasks

Valid driver's license (where applicable)

Good oral and written communication skills

Self-motivated, self starter

Must be able to follow instructions

Able to work closely with fellow employees

Relevant oilfield product knowledge

Mechanical ability necessary to perform job responsibilities

Currently hold NCCCO crane certification, meeting regional requirement

Hold a valid CDL

The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.

2-4 years related field experience working with Conventional pumps and pump jacks
