Exciting opportunity to join a leading independent E&P Company based in Aberdeen. Our client requires a Database Co-ordinate for a 12 month contract.

Working within the HES department, the main duties of the role will be to provide support to the Behavioural Safety and Human Factors team in the view of all Synergi actions and work with the relevant teams to close out and manage all task to a timely conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

The aim is to do a review of all actions within Synergi and confirm (with the relevant actionee and Leadership representative) thereby optimising the effectiveness of the system.

Skills & Experience
Previous Synergi experience an advantage
HES background essential
Strong administrative skills
Excellent computer skills (in particular Microsoft Excel)
Understanding of Oil & Gas Technical Terminology required
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff
Be able to work well under own direction
Previous experience of Action Management co-ordination would be an advantage
