Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the HSE Management System and ISM as it relates to HSE.
Liaise with and support all customers from an OI & HSE perspective.
Assist Director of QHSE in meetings with clients, regulators and management as needed.
Attend the Operations Meeting and be available to answer any questions related to HSE.
Stay abreast of general developments in the field of HSE and the Offshore Drilling Industry by active involvement with the IADC.
Monitor HSE Performance, analyze data and develop strategy for maintaining improving OI and HSE performance in the region
Act as Alternate HSE Advisor on the Corporate Emergency Response Team, as required
Actively drive the OI & HSE Performance in the region by ensuring 100% compliance to OI & HSE MS Requirements
Report directly to the Senior Global Manager OI & HSE Operations
