Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Provides support for COED functions

  • Coordinates daily tank test (flash & diesel) orders for forecasted customers
  • Tracks seasonal product conversions (RVP), and advises Delivery Coordinators on action needed
  • Monitors SSIMS mailbox and responds to Retail Business Consultants, Program Manager and Project Managers
  • Responsible for setting up and coordinating all new customer accounts in the TMW data base
  • Analyzes a variety of Order Entry, forecasting and dispatch problems and recommends corrective action needed
  • Tracks and monitors electronic issues for forecasted stations
  • Administers Exempt and Non-Exempt payroll
  • Provides administrative support to COED Leadership team and Dispatchers
  • Assist Fleet System Analyst with file maintenance, trending adjustments and Holiday Planning
  • Run various COED reports i.e., DIL report, TMW Snapshot, Run Out Query
  • Maintain Terminal Outage log
  • Call Center support for the 800-customer line

 


Journey Plans

 

 

  • Create and update Journey Plans for all direct served customers in North America
  • Maintain Journey Plan data base
  • Create reports for management review
  • Correspond with Terminal Managers, Carriers & Transportation Specialists

 


Required Qualifications:

 

 

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in retail, transportation, operations, marketing, customer service or related
  • Must be willing and able to work a rotating schedule - 7 days/week, 365 days/year, 5am - 5pm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a team environment supporting different levels of management
  • Must be able to multi task
  • Must be able to prioritize and effectively manage time
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills

 


Preferred Qualifications:

 

 

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working with transportation and forecasting software ((TMW)
