Lead, coordinate and implement engagement and communication plans for Group HR Services in promoting Self Service Service Culture and Self Directed Mindset within PETRONAS Groupwide.
1) Engagement & Communication Plans
Develop, implement and lead Engagement & Communications plans for GHRS in promoting the Self Service Culture and Self Directed Mindset for internal and external stakeholders.
2) Stakeholder Communication
Acts as custodian for GHRS Communication platforms (develop, manage, promote, audit and analyse (the effectiveness of the platforms)). Develop, implement and govern effective communication plan / modes of communication and guidelines to GHRS stakeholders to ensure impactful communication to stakeholders.
3) Content Review and Development
Develop, review and verify the content of publication, announcement, news of GHRS published in the intranet, web portal and etc. to ensure valid and effective communication with stakeholders.
4) Customer Engagement Support
Lead and strategise GHRS promotional activities through creative and attractive programmes to attract and increase stakeholders' awareness in Self Service Culture and Self Directed mindset.
5) Continuous Improvement
Implement continuous improvement opportunities and initiatives in Customer Experience Management based on recommendation and direction from GHRS management to improve Customer Experience Management internal processes and overall service delivery.
6) Internal Stakeholder Management
Plan, implement, and provide consultancy to internal stakeholders in regards to all communication and engagement activities in promoting the Self Service Culture and Self Directed Mindset.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- 5-7 years experience with at least 3 years in HR operations or Shared Services operations.
- Bachelors Degree in any discipline from recognized universities/institutions.
- Experience in sales and marketing and/or project management would be an advantage.
