Industrial Safety Solutions is currently seeking experienced individuals to add to our West Texas team. to be considered, the candidate must have direct experience with managing safety on site in an oil and gas construction environment. At least 5 years of experience is key requirement by our client. Have the ability to travel to and from work sites in remote environments involving sub standard roads. Possess the ability to communicate effectively wiht all levels of employees at he work sites. The candidate should be able to meet and/or exceed expectations of the client involving quality of work and meeting deadlines.  


Certification Required:

  • H2S Certification
  • First Aid/CPR Certification

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Utilize and promote Stop Work Authority.
  • Provide HES support to FE/Construction personnel
  • Engage with Business Partner work teams to promote safe work practices
  • Engage with Permit Approvers were gaps in PTW's are identified at the worksite
  • Engage with PMCoW's to ensure work is executed as per PTW, JSA and procedural requirements.
  • Provide coaching & mentoring in the effective use of MSW standards in relation to planning and executing work.
  • Support FE/Construction in the field deployment of HES initiatives
  • Work closely with existing HES Field Specialists in the Delaware Basin HES Team
