Oversee the duties and responsibilities of day to day operations through the coordination of equipment and personnel.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the safety and performance of PUS employees.
Responsible for the security and care of company assets and inventory.
Prepare procedures and quotes.
Attend pre and post job safety meetings, within product line and business unit.
Available on a 24-hours call basis to respond to company needs.
With the assistance from HR: recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Domestic travel may be required to meet internal and external customer needs.
Minimum 3-4+ years operational experience plus 0-1 coordinator experience
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer skills
Strong leadership skills
Should be able to work closely with fellow employees
The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
