Raeburn Group are assisting our client, a major Oil & Gas Operator, with an exciting new opportunity. We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor for a rewarding permanent opportunity in Aberdeen.
You will be responsible for delivering a range of innovative and business aligned HR interventions to support service change and develop and optimise service performance. Key responsibilities will include:
Providing professional and technical HR expertise regarding present and proposed business strategies, initiatives and actions
Assisting in the translation of company vision and values in to operational business unit strategies.
Supporting and driving organisational change ensuring the implementation of change initiatives at all levels within the business
Coordinating the provision of professional HR support and advice within a departmental function/operations or project team
Undertaking regular reviews of staffing resource requirements, workforce development needs and team and department needs
Leading on relevant recruitment activities
Leading and participating on grievance, disciplinary, absence and performance management cases and investigations, identifying solutions and execution of improvement plans.
Identifying early intervention measures to avoid grievance escalation.
Assisting the delivery of in-house training and knowledge sharing within the business, eg Diversity & Inclusion, Performance Management, Personnel Management programmes.
Assisting job evaluation, benchmarking and career development activities
To be considered for this opportunity you should be able to demonstrate the following:
Degree or CIPD Qualification or working towards (Level 7)
Experience in a similar role within Learning and Development arena, as well as Generalist HR support.
This is a challenging and demanding role which will require active participation in Emergency Response Rota and occasional offshore travel within UK North Sea. With the requirement for offshore travel; successful candidates should either have all necessary offshore certification or be willing to obtain.
