About the Role:

Responsible for warehouse and quayside operations including forklift, inventory control and SAP data entry as part of a collaborative diverse team.

These positions will be based residentially in Karratha, Western Australia and offer lots of opportunities, a great lifestyle and a family friendly roster that's one of the best in the industry.

These positions will be working on a 24-month fixed term contract.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To perform wharf and warehouse logistics services to ensure delivery of materials and equipment to Woodside onshore and offshore facilities including:
    • Receiving materials and processing for storage
    • Preparation and packaging of materials
    • Materials staging and returns processing
    • Materials entry in to SAP and investigating data discrepancies when arise
  • Safe operation of equipment as per licences
  • Adhere to Warehouse and Inventory management processes to meet operational needs
  • Adherence to relevant industry laws and regulations
  • Understand customer requirements to ensure daily deliverables are met
  • Contribution of continuous improvement ideas including using technology/data analytics to achieve better outcomes


Skills & Experience:

What we expect from you:

  • Some demonstrated experience as a Logistics Operator coupled with a forklift, high risk dogging and rigging certificate
  • Experience conducting quality data entry into a logistics/inventory system (ideally SAP)

  • Process driven mindset including safety and risk identification, understanding and management
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to influence others
