We are working exclusively with Add Energy in the recruitment of a Quality Coordinator, for a permanent staff position based in Aberdeen.

Job Purpose:

Delivery and support of improvements in all processes, supporting new and ongoing projects with compliance. Support to Technical Manager to deliver the corporate tools, process & frameworks.


Continuous Improvement

  • Introduce and build a continuous improvement culture
  • Process Mapping and Value Stream Mapping (when required)
  • Project Feedback (Project Tasks / Deliveries / Process) to Project Team and Corporate



  • Project Communication (Visual Management) Support
  • Lessons Learnt collation and distribution
  • Support of the Technical Libraries and Tools


  • Process Adherence
  • Support for Quality Plans
  • Coordination of corporate quality audit requirements


  • Support for Competency Assessment Framework
  • Training and Development requirements



Essential Knowledge, Experience & Skills

  • Continuous Improvement tools and technique application
  • Proven process mapping facilitation abilities
  • Highly developed Visual Management skills
  • Experience dealing with various teams and processes
  • In depth knowledge of various Lean principles
  • Ability to close out tasks
  • Highly organised and structured approach to tasks

Desirable knowledge, Experience & Skills

  • Asset and Integrity basic knowledge
  • Kaizen philosophy and goals
  • Proven practical experience of applied Lean processes


  • Kaizen or Lean Practitioner
  • 6 Sigma Certified
