JOB TITLE: Senior IT Managers


Duties: Perform technology and/or process related assessments as needed to establish and run the multidisciplinary and diverse Technology organization. Provide critical and strategic input in defining, managing and improving scalable processes across all Nabors Technology groups with a focus on regular high reliability releases that align with business priorities. Perform vendor and technical product assessments as needed to assist CIO & CDO. Review patent submissions to facilitate early identification and development of promising new technology directions within organization including developing a rapid experimentation and deployment process. Prepare and present presentations and other material as needed to assist CIO & CDO. Accountable for follow ups and closure on action items from the Technology organization as pertains to CIO & CDO. Identify and escalate issues and risks. Accountable to the CIO & CDO to provide governance on Technology projects and initiatives, in collaboration with Enterprise PMO and Governance teams. Provide technical input and evaluation during product development and expertise in Technology project management process. Provide governance and oversight to ensure Technology projects are following project management processes. Provide input to continuously improve and enhance the project and SDLC methodologies. Drive stakeholder engagement, gaining feedback and iterating solutions to ensure adoption of tools and processes and to ensure profitable usage of technology.

Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related technical field, followed by 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or related capacity (ies).
