We are currently recruiting a Technical & Technological Support Manager. The role is with Eni Versalis international SA and is based in Germany. The role will primarily be based in the Eschborn site with scope to work from home in the foreseeable future. The role itself is providing technical support of Polyethene.
The Key responsibilities are:
•Provide technical service to customers with regards to technical issues (before and after sales), granting adequate levels of flexibility and quality in the event of claims;
•Contribute to quality claims management, carrying out, at the customers site, technical analysis and economic evaluations of the damages;
•Provide technical information to the Sales area to support them in customer relations;
•Contribute, working with R&D and Marketing, to finding and implementing solutions to improve product application and develop new products, in line with market needs and with regards to technological innovation;
•Follow up the materials sampling and provide adequate technical support to customers (i.e. on site tests, reporting, etc.);
•Take part in meetings with third parties as required;
•Ensure that necessary technical documentation is available and updated.
•Up to 3 years and above experience in similar position, (in multinational producing companies, distributing or transforming polyethylene)
•Fluent English and German
•Flexibility in this role is essential as it requires travelling to customers as well as on-site when needed
• Technical Degree qualification (chemical or materials engineering).
