The Construction Site Safety Inspector will perform visual inspections and photo documentation of all Project construction safety related activities on a daily basis to verify conformance to State requirements.

Keeps a log of all safety deficiencies and construction site deviations that documents the deficiency.

Produces a daily report of the sites inspected, including any deficiencies or deviations noted on a Company provided Daily Progress Report template and inspection checklist.

Inspectors shall be accessible and promptly respond to Company personnel by email and cell phone, as needed

Must be available to travel throughout Western PA, with occasional overnight stays.

Must be willing to work out of doors in all weather conditions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge of construction site safety requirements.

Knowledge of computer software including Excel, MS Word.

Ability to work independently, and take initiative to perform tasks

Ability to communicate with project team staff or others

Required Experience, Education, and Certification:

Must have a valid driver's license

Experience in a construction related technical field is preferred

1-3 years experience (This is an entry level position)
