Working as part of our Health, Safety and Fire team we are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills to take responsibility for the planning of work schedules for our field based Health & Safety Consultants and Fire Risk Assessors.
Take this opportunity to pursue a rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be providing an important link between our HSF Consultants and key clients, helping to ensure that workloads are meticulously planned and testing schedules adhered to.
A VITAL LINK
Working closely with our HSF Area Manager, this role will be instrumental in ensure workloads are fully planned as per targets and our Clients Service Level Agreements.
- To allocate work to field based colleagues in line with client requirements and within specified time frames
- To ensure the accuracy of all work schedules
- Ensure all assets scheduled into an activity are competency checked and locked
- To ensure correct reporting and record keeping
- To analyse data and make recommendations for improvements
- To ensure all non-chargeable activities for holidays, sickness, training, medicals and technical support are scheduled in Siebel with time duration
HAVE YOU GOT WHAT IT TAKES?
Candidate requirements include:
- Minimum five GCSEs including Maths and English (A-Level or equivalent is desirable)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of IT systems, including Excel and in house CRM systems
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
Personal attributes include:
- Customer Service focused
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to adapt to different scenarios
- Attention to detail
