Stillingbeskrivelse:
ADT-stillingen krever høy fokus og proaktivitet mot boreoperasjonen og være i stand til å løse utfordringer i sanntid. Kunne bruke og tolke data gjennom planlegging, gjennomføring og etterarbeid for å løse komplekse utfordringer .

 

  • Modellere og analysere boreprosessen
  • Evaluere boreprosessen for å identifisere og evaluere utfordringer, identifisere løsninger og lage faglige og sikre anbefalinger for å forbedre boreprosessen
  • Aktivt samarbeide med kunden og gi daglig tekniske råd
  • Bidra til godt samarbeid internt, med andre leverandører og operatøren slik at jobbutførelsen oppfyller krav og forventninger
  • Jobbe for kontinuerlig forbedring av utførelse.
  • Forbedre og utvikle prosedyrer og arbeidsmetoder
  • Bidra til opplæring av nye medarbeidere og være med å skape et godt arbeidsmiljø
  • Videreutvikle krysstrening og være aktivt med på digitaliserings og automatiseringsprosessen


Jobben krever regelmessig kommunikasjon og rådgivning for kollegaer i operasjonen samt kunden. Du må være detaljfokusert og være forberedt på å holde presentasjoner for kunder. Stillingen er lokalisert enten hos kunde eller ved vårt sanntids senter i Tananger. Kandidater bosatt i Stavangerregionen vil bli foretrukket.

Kvalifikasjoner:
Du må ha en komplett forståelse av bore prosessen offshore og derfor vil ikke nyutdannede bli vurdert i denne stillingen.
Du må ha minst 5 års erfaring i boring og ha kunnskap innen Wellplan, Max BHA, Drillworks og InSite eller lignende boreprogrammer.
Inneha minst en bachelorgrad i ingeniørfag, petroleum, vitenskap eller andre tekniske disipliner er nødvendig.

Halliburton is one of the pioneers within real time operations and have participated in the development of the Norwegian continental shelf since the first test well in 1966.
Due to increasing work load Sperry Drilling are looking for experienced ADT's for operational work on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
This is a local position that requires permanent address in Stavanger area.
This position is an ideal career move for motivated technical professionals with a strong background in one or more of the following categories: drilling engineering, well planning, surface data logging, M/LWD, directional drilling or similar.

Responsibilities:
The ADT position demands a high focus and proactive approach towards the operation and solving challenges in real-time. You need to use and interpret data throughout the planning, execution and post-well phases to solve complex engineering problems.
You will also provide modelling and analysis for drilling optimization disciplines, evaluate the drilling process to identify and evaluate challenges, identify solutions and make professional and safe recommendations to improve drilling performance.
The job requires regular communication and consultancy towards operative Halliburton personnel as well as the customer.
Good customer relations fulfill specialized customer requirements and use feedback to follow-up on factors that can potentially improve service delivery.
You need to be focused on details and be prepared to hold presentations towards customers on project results or other investigations.
The position is located either at customer's office or at our real -time operation center in Tananger.

Qualifications:
You need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling operation and have knowledge within Wellplan, Max BHA, Drillworks and InSite or similar drilling software.
This is not an entry level in the oil industry and you need a complete understanding of the drilling process.
Preferably Master (MSc) or Bachelor degree (BSc) in Engineering, Petroleum, Science or other relevant fields are required.
Proven Presentations skills and customer interactions.

Personal Qualifications:
Team oriented candidates that exhibit good communication skills will be preferred.
The job relies on clear and concise contact with all parties involved in the well operation both onshore and offshore. You need to work structured, analytic and organized.
The position requires that you champion the Company's HSE procedures.

We opened in Venezuela in 1940. By 1946, the company – using its innovative technology – had expanded into Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and the Middle East and began performing services for the Arabian-American Oil Company, the forerunner of Saudi Aramco.

 

In 1951, Halliburton made its first appearance in Europe as Halliburton Italiana SpA., a wholly owned subsidiary in Italy. In the next seven years, Halliburton launched Halliburton Company Germany GmbH, set up operations in Argentina and established a subsidiary in England.

 

In 1984, Halliburton provided all of the well completion equipment for the first multiwell platform offshore China. Two years later, Halliburton became the first American company to perform an oilfield service job on the China mainland

 

The final decade of the 20th century brought more changes and growth to Halliburton. The company opened a branch office in Moscow in 1991.

 

The company realigned its work into Eastern and Western Hemisphere operations in 2006, and in 2007, divided its service offerings into two divisions: Completion and Production, and Drilling and Evaluation.
