Authorized to work in: Angola
PBF SPS Package, reporting to SPS In country coordinator.
Based in SONILS Contractors' bases with missions as needed in Angola fabrication yards and vessels mobilization ports.
Responsible for ROV Tie-in tooling readiness, handover, mobilization and tracking onshore and offshore
Interfaces with SURF contractors, TEPA Drilling, Well Jumper and FSV entities.
SPS equipment testing supervisor
For Zinia 2 and Dalia, will coordinate the mobilization of SPS equipment and personnel to SURF yards, tracking of equipment, and being the local SPS point of contact towards the SURF team and the SURF Contractor.

Ensures general equipment control including materials receipt, inspection, storage and tracking
To ensure that all ROV/Intervention tooling will be delivered onboard the installation vessels according to SURF package needs.
To ensure during offshore operations that adequate SPS CTR offshore personnel required for tooling and subsea operation support is mobilised according to SURF package needs.
To monitor and follow-up closely all movements and transfers of ROV/Intervention tooling and associated personnel To supervise SPS CTR for the maintenance and refurbishment and testing of all ROV/Intervention tooling
To monitor the performance of activities that involve ROV/Intervention tooling and associated personnel.
To liaise permanently with SURF package installation team to ensure all installation CTR needs are covered and to ensure adequacy and consistency of the ROV/Intervention tooling delivered to SURF CTR.
To liaise with the other Project Package teams (Field Ops, SURF, Drilling) regarding matters related to ROV tooling in close liaison with the SPS Qualification/Testing/Tie-in & Installation Leader. To ensure confidentiality of all the SPS documentation produced (whatever its support) To supervise SPS equipment onshore testing as SRT, HFT, FAT including stock equipment To support SPS In country coordinator for handover process of Drilling equipment and SURF equipment
Context and environment
The PBF (Project Brown field) entity is charge of all TEPA brown field projects which comprises GIRASSOL, DALIA, PAZFLOR, CLOV, KAOMBO field.
The main brown field projects are :
Zinia Ph2 - Tie back to Pazflor with SPS, SURF and FPSO EPC contracts
Dalia Phase 3 - Tie back to Dalia network with subsea development including SPS and SURF contracts
Clov Phase 2 - Subsea tie back on CLOV subsea network Pazflor Miocene Project : Pazflor Infills
Rosa Infills PBF is also involved in conceptual and pre project studies to define the architecture of the development including making key strategic decisions like Contractual strategy, planning, etc. SPS package is in the critical path of any development activities within PBF as the objectives are maximize optimization of the reserves by drilling and installing SPS equipment as soon as possible in the project schedule.
Responsible for ROV tooling testing, tracking, mobilization. Supervise SPS equipment onshore testing Support SPS equipment hand over tasks.
5 years in ROV tooling testing, offshore subsea intervention and vessel mobilization. Good Communication skills.
