•Coordinates the implementation of client projects within set organizational procedures and standards controlling the quality, time and budget targets, and managing the associated risks
•Develops, implements and maintains company policies adhering to local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations.
•Involved in the design and development of facilities, work areas and work procedures and makes environmental, health and safety recommendations accordingly.
•Responsible for preparing, maintaining, and updating environmental policy and procedure manuals.
•Ability to manage projects with a value of $300k to $1M
•Manage a team of 10 - 30+ FTE
•Ensures compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization.
•Performs a variety of complex tasks.
•Leads and directs the work of others.
•A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
•Serves as contact with all federal, state, and local regulatory bodies.
•Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
•Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering
• Must hold certification/registrations in functional area
•Minimum 8+ years related experience
•Has strong management experience
•Ability to interact with all staff/clients/contractors in a professional manner
•Solid Proposal and Report writing skills
•Good organizational skills
