Document Control Specialist - NY
The Document Control Specialist oversees the document control process for Power & Utilities projects.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Process (in and out) all documentation that comes in for Power Project in NY
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy
• Provide support with editing documents
• Maintain files on company server
• Coordinate project needs with Project Managers, Engineers and Inspectors
• Work as a team player with other project oriented document control technicians
• Assist with answering phone lines
• Perform general administrative duties in support of the Power & Utilities group as assigned

Experience/Education requirements:
At least 5 years' experience with document control software, process map software, FTP clients, ISO, MS products, etc.
Minimum of a High School diploma.

Experience/Education preferences:
Associate degree or bachelor's degree.
Experience working within a New York State Certified Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs); or MWBEs.
