JOB DESCRIPTION

Provides technical QHSE support to the Region QHSE department and support Area QHSE needs.  Support functions include tracking and maintaining all QHSE statistics, higher level data analysis of accidents and incidents, formulation of statistical trends to drive focused corrective actions, providing statistical information to our external customers and to the industry as necessary, and providing monthly reports depicting internal QHSE performance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

QHSE KPI statistics

Collect, organize and develop reports to provide statistical analysis of QHSE data captured, to recognize and report significant incident

Collect, organize and provide region and area specific Incident Management reporting for open and closed CPARs, corrective action closure rates and associated KPI status and trends

Provide data presentations in support of customer requirements

Provide data to support internal facility audits with QHSE regional and product line personnel

Provide support to corporate sales staff and US region management team, by providing QHSE statistics as needed

Provide area specific Monthly Leading Indicators Report

Provide area specific Headcount and Support Ratio Tracking

Provide area specific Monthly Leadership presentation preparation assistance

Provide area specific Monthly Leadership Attendance tracking

Provide area specific Hazard Hunt Tracking

Provide area specific Monthly Safety Meeting Presentation (preparation assistance)

KPI reporting by area specific Managers

Administrative duties include processing region and area specific QHSE related accounts payable Invoices (minimal), ELM entries, Issuance of RigPass Cards, presentation preparation, man hour reporting, meeting room bookings, DL creation and other administrative duties

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

4+ years of practical QHSE experience.

Strong computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Strong Weatherford Performance Tracking System skills (super user)

Good communication skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to make decisions without constant supervision.
