Education & Experience:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with an emphasis in Risk or Business Management

Preferable to have 2 years of experience in a leadership role

Up to 15 years of cumulative experience in a relevant field (Master's degree)

Up to 16 years of cumulative experience in a relevant field (Bachelor's degree)

 

Job Role:

To take responsibility for analysing and recommending on Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning. This role will be responsible for designing and updating risk detection and treatment strategies and policies, working closely with colleagues in other disciplines.

Assist the relevant management in strategy development on strategy details based on the information/ data gathered and analysed and based on leading practice

Design effective and appropriate measures in addressing challenges within specific areas and applying relevant conceptual frameworks where applicable

Organize data into report format and arrange for the preparation of graphic illustrations of research findings

Designing and implementing risk governance framework, management processes and tools necessary to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor the organization's operational and strategic risk.

Develop Enterprise Risk Management tools, practices, and policies to analyse and report enterprise risks, and to manage risks according to an enterprise risk management framework.

Define and update the Enterprise Risk Management Strategy for PWA

Define PWA's risk threshold / appetite on an annual basis

Lead risk reviews and assessments to assess the level of existing risks in line with the defined risk threshold / appetite

Advising and supporting in identifying, assessing, responding to, and monitoring risks and reporting corporately on these risks.

In collaboration with colleagues from other disciplines, providing key inputs into the organization's enterprise risk management system and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

Develop, maintain, and administer Business Continuity Management (BCM) strategy, plans, data, and infrastructure to ensure timely and orderly restoration of business activities in the event of a business interruption / emergency / crisis.

Ensuring the implementation of Business Continuity Framework Policies and Procedures

Promote the integrity of business continuity principles, methodology and strategy through the development, implementation and ongoing management of Business Continuity

Perform other duties / tasks as required.
