The Shipping Coordinator verifies outgoing shipments and records data within the Company's ERP system.


  • Verifies outgoing shipments of finished product according to records and then records information or data within the Company's ERP system
  • Publish a shipment log
  • Interact with freight forwarders and transportation companies to ship completed orders
  • Will need to work in various computer systems



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must comply/adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Must be able to work any shift
  • Must be able to score satisfactory on pre-employment assessment



  • Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical, statistical, math and computer skills.  Prior experience with MS Office, including Word and Excel
  • Self-motivated and detailed-oriented
  • Excellent written verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively work with individuals both inside and outside the company
  • Ability to work independently and to work collaboratively in a team environment
