Short Description:
Delivers effective Contract Operations Support in line with client's
current strategy. Strong focus is required on the continuity of Scope of Work (SOW), Client
relationships, Employee Relations, and Expansion of Services.

Location: Santa Fe Springs CA Area
Function: Account Management
Reports to: Crosby Energy Services (CES), General Manager (West Region)

Client Interface Duties:
Provide Support to Client in the context of contractual requirements.

Basic Purpose of Job:
Liaise with client concerning recruitment and selection of personnel. Track accepted
candidates through the hiring / mobilization process until arrival.
Interface with CES Personnel in matters concerning employment issues i.e. (Wages,
expenses, schedules, bonuses (when applicable), disciplinary actions...etc.)
Ensure CES orientation is completed along with Client Orientation for all new hires
Ensure CES Personnel are aware of both companies HR / HSE Policies and
Procedures + ensure overlap or conflicts of policies are recognized and resolved
within the guidelines that ensure best practices and client approval.
Engage in productive activities to promote Safety, Retention, Professional Conduct of
CES Personnel, & Timely selection of new recruits or replacement personnel.
Track and keep up to date records of turnover and any agreed KPI's
Ensure employee time recording and payment processes are completed accurately
each pay period.
Ensure auditable processes are in place to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of
services.
Promote HSE & Environmental initiatives of CES & Clients.
Ensure Employee Master list & Rotation / Schedule is updated weekly.
Make periodic field trips to participate in Safety Meetings & Address Personnel Issues
or Concerns

COST MANAGEMENT:
Contribute to the creation and management of budgets and cost control within area of
responsibility.

Ensure all work is conducted in full compliance with CES & Client Safety Management
System
Implement and contribute to the definition of safety objectives
Provide complete and concise safety information.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE TASKS:
Carry out the duties allocated by Client during emergencies
Monitor and respond effectively to situation changes

Salary Range:
Dependent on Project Budget / OH Allocation & Candidate Qualifications
