Supervises the picking up, running and final installation of liner hanger systems according to customer's requirement in customer well bore.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proven ability to work unsupervised. Typically operates as a one-person crew
Promotes good customer relation at the well site, and insures customer satisfaction
Must be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of Liner Hanger Specialist I
Able to run Weatherford equipment in remote locations with little or no support
Must be able to troubleshoot liner applications
Good leadership skills
Reviews the job design and confirms that the job packet includes the proper equipment and processes to achieve the job purpose
Required to work on a 24/hr call basis
Applies technical knowledge to solve unanticipated situation, and consults with Weatherford Operations base as needed
Interacts with third parties whose activities could impact the process of installing completion products to assure proper coordination
Trains Liner Hanger Specialist I in areas of expertise
Conducts and documents all Weatherford HSE related activities at the well site.
Responsible for completing assessment and risk analysis, onsite safety meetings, proper PPE use etc.
Completes all well site and post-job paperwork
Participates in post-job review with his/her supervisor
Perform all aspects of the job in compliance with Weatherford's procedures and instructions
Job tasks need to be performs correctly. There is an impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency profitability and operations
Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job
Good verbal communication skills
Must be able to follow instructions
Able to work closely with fellow employees and clients
Good knowledge of equipment and services utilized by facility
Ability to read calipers/measuring devices
Good computer skills, including proficiency with MS office
Must possess a good understanding of Rig Systems and Drilling Operations, Well Services Operations and/or Well Completions
Be familiar with product line equipment maintenance, assembly and testing
Possess potential supervisory skills, and excellent communication skills
The physical ability to respond to emergency situations
