The Search Engine Optimization Specialist:
You will be responsible for curating content, managing assets, researching, and writing editorial. You are also responsible for ensuring all content aligns with the overall strategy, ensuring creative consistency and optimum content performance. You should be familiar with benchmarking and gathering analytics and insights to support measurements and insight into audience segmentation and targeting. The candidate should be a detail-oriented creative who knows how to multi-task and actively stay ahead of trends. Experience in online marketing, paid advertisement, and search engine optimization is desired.
Bachelor Degree in Journalism/Communication/ Public Relations/ Advertising / Information Systems or related discipline, Masters preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in successfully managing corporate social media channels Experience in the petroleum industry or related industries is preferable.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate traditional marketing content into engaging and brand relevant conversations. Passion for storytelling and community management. Understanding of social media analysis and performance tracking. Experience in paid advertisement, and effective use of content tagging/hashtags. Experience in SEO, AdWords, and online marketing preferred. Knowledge of social platforms and tools. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies

Duties & Responsibilities:
Produce and curate content targeted at different social media channels. Understand the difference in social channel audiences and their use. Help manage social media marketing campaigns. Drive earned and shared content from owned and paid content. Partner with creative teams to develop social and assets. Organize content in content management systems. Research trends, audiences segments, benchmarking, content targeting, and more. Fact-check and clear rights for content distribution. Ensure proper tracking of affiliate and partner marketing programs. Manage multiple editorial programs, ensuring day to day deliverables are on time. Track content performance across multiple channels; Report and communicate key learnings with brand team members, management, and other stakeholders. Proper use of content tagging and hashtag use to improve SEO and drive engagement. Highly organized and detail oriented with exceptional sense of accountability. Ability to manage multiple projects and creative ideas in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in Arabic and English.
