The Logistic Coordinators main responsibility will be the coordinating, tracking and reporting on all shipments for the E&P business unit. The role will support the Contract and Procurement department.


  • Liaise with Suppliers on delivery
  • Plan and coordinate Shipping guideline as well as international shipping requirements
  • Coordinate with Company logistics personal in Africa
  • Create work orders within the EAM system
  • Chase suppliers on overdue orders and report the update status to end users
  • Support Byers with the closing out of purchase orders
  • Evaluate and recommend corrective actions to ensure that shipment will arrive on site and accordance with scheduled requirements

Skills required:

  • Experience dealing with Customs documentation
  • Experience expediting of large volumes of shipments
  • Shipping goods to Africa is preferred
  • Experience dealing with freight orders
  • Proficiency in MS Office (excel, word and outlook)
  • 5 years Supply chain management or transportation and logistic experience
