Kuiper Group UK have an opportunity for a Recruitment Co-ordinator. The position will be based working in our Aberdeen office.

The Recruitment Coordinator will support with Kuiper Group UK Recruitment, Operations and Business Development. The role will cover the full employment cycle form sourcing, recruiting and placement through to day to day crew operations for Kuiper crew assigned to Client worksites. In addition, the Recruitment Coordinator will support the Operations Manager with creation of, and compliance against, operating procedures in the aim to maximise the use of systems to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment - Source, screen and submit candidates in line with Client requirements - Ad hoc and Permanent placements

• Support Business Development Manager and Operations Manager with Client visits as required

• Support BD and Operations Manager with identification of new business opportunities

• Assist with the preparation of Client contract bids and vendor approval processes

• Plan, organize and manage the day-to-day crewing personnel functions in compliance with HR policies and procedures for assigned Kuiper crew

• Ensure the correct numbers and suitable personnel arrive on time according to Kuiper and Client training requirements and crew compliments organogram

• Communicate recruitment, employee movement and employee relations information to Rig Managers to ensure effectively staffed rigs

• Actively assist with the progression of crew competence

• Preparation of employment contract to be signed by Operations Manager

• Preparation of weekly/monthly payroll runs and payroll checks as per the payroll timetable. Also support response of any payroll queries from crew members

• Maintain personnel records in Kuiper's crew management system

• Assist in the development and utilisation of recruitment database

• Take part in internal/external audits as required

• Participate and collaborate in the development and coordination of Crew welfare activities

• Support Operations Manager with any employee relations, performance management or succession planning activities

• Assist Operations Manager with the development of standard operating procedures

• Participate in weekly Operations meetings

• Support Operations Manager with any reports, collection or tracking of data for internal or external requirements

 

Essential Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience working in a corporate or agency setting
  • An excellent work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You're goal-driven, with a solid understanding of recruiting metrics and methods for achieving positive results across the talent acquisition space

This is a permanent role working 35 hours per week.
