Job Summary

This position is located in Midland, TX. The company is seeking someone with a background in Systems who can upgrade and maintain several databases and communicate effectively across a multi-disciplinary team.


  • Two or more years of Oil & Gas experience required

  • Strong background in using Access, Spotfire, and Microsoft office suite

  • Experience with SQL server database management and the use of

  • Knowledge and understanding of TX state and local oil and gas and land use rules and regulations

  • Ability to recommend creative use and displays of data

  • Ability to communicate and interpersonal skills required

  • Written communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills


  • Assist in building and maintaining several databases

  • Communicate across several teams to ensure accuracy of data

  • Prepare and produce weekly reports

  • Engages several teams and integrate information


  • High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred


This position is not eligible for relocation

Travel Requirements

The percentage of travel required is less 0-10%

Work Schedule

This position is eligible for the 9/80 or 5/40 work schedule
