AIPC Energy is seeking an entry level Accounting Clerk to help support our corporate office. The Accounting Clerk performs a variety of clerical and entry-level bookkeeping and accounting tasks under general supervision. Is responsible for performing basic accounting, bookkeeping and clerical duties to include, preparing reports, invoices, statements and performing various accounting calculations and transactions.

Duties include: - Mail out account payable checks to vendors on a weekly basis; - Maintains files and records on all transactions;- Computes, prepares, verifies, and summarizes invoices for daily and weekly data entry;- Computes, prepares, verifies, and summarizes bills for bill payments - Observe confidentiality policies at all time; - Produces various reports and statements- Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required.


  • 1 - 3 years of professional experience in Accounting
  • Proficient knowledge of accounting functions
  • Proficient within Quick Books is required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to use good judgment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team


  • Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.

Our office is located right off of 281 & Bitters. We are a small firm but are extremely busy and need to hire an individual with savvy computer skills, a quick learner, a self-starter and can deliver results. Must be available immediately. Professional attire is required. The office hours are from 8-5 Monday through Friday with 1 hour for lunch. We do offer benefits such as employer paid medical insurance for employees, holiday pay after your 90 day probationary period and one week paid vacation after one year. This position does require mandatory overtime and you must be able to work after hours and weekends when asked.
