Installation Engineer role available.

A major client of ours seeks an installation engineer for their central London office, from which a small to mid sized team are growing through consistent project awards worldwide. The right candidate will work well in a team environment, and confidently take on existing and new project work, such as the design of new cranes, lifters and slings.

The client is responsible for the transportation, installation and decommissioning of offshore facilities, with services covering engineering, logistics and project management / execution offshore. The installation engineer will be joining a high achieving team who have a strong track record of successful project delivery.

The successful candidate will have:
-3-6 years experience on heavy lift projects, including jackets and topsides
-Competency in carrying out own calculations
-Bachelor or Master Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent
-Relevant experience in the design of lifts, cranes and slings
-Hands-on and practical approach
-Strong team ethos but ability to work autonomously
