JOB DESCRIPTION

Under limited supervision, assist customers through processing of orders.  Provide pricing and delivery information.  Act as liaison between customer and various departments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform complex activities related to the maintenance of records and required reports and prepare, upon requests, special reports.

Respond to and/or prepare quotations from verbal or written inquiries both externally or internally.

Receive and process orders, provide information concerning pricing, changes in service and shipping.

May solicit sales of new or additional services and products.

Coordinate customers service needs with other departments as required.

Maintain customer contacts regarding sales opportunities, quotes and shipments.

Maintain system for order entry and management.

Coordinate product delivery dates.

Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.

Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford

Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Good communication skills.

Phone etiquette.

Should be able to work and interact with all levels of personnel.

Must have three years experience.

Knowledge of WOCM products.

Proficient typing skills.

Letter writing skills.

General computer knowledge.

The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
