Position Description:
We are seeking a Financial Advisor to join the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra).

The King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) is an iconic landmark building, a beacon for knowledge to illuminate, inspire, and catalyze the potential of the Kingdom's vast talent pool. Ithra is an all-purpose culture destination, an environment for transformative experiences to unlock the power of potential through mastery in arts, science, literature, and innovation. Facilities include an idea lab, library, theater, museum, energy exhibit, art gallery, children's museum, and a knowledge tower, housed under one roof, to provide visitors with an immersive
and transformative experience.

Your primary role will be to produce a financial framework to generate strategic direction, and to identify and prioritize the financial aspects of the organization.

Minimum Requirements:
As a successful candidate you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

You will have at least 15 years of experience in a cultural or support services organization, with an operation management background. Financial advisory and revenue generation experience is required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
Finalize the Center's Business Model and prepare a portfolio and presentation for the Saudi Aramco Management Committee.

Activate the Business Model and work with Finance and Law organizations in the transition process.

Assess the changes in the business and operating environment, identify their implications, and prepare appropriate strategies and action plans.

Monitor the Center's strategy and make changes as required.

Provide advisory and consultation services for the Center's management.
