DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be responsible for coordinating the design and development of the Company Service Center in Bangalore, India associated with business transition. Plan, oversee and document all aspects of assigned projects, defining scope, developing detailed project plans and coordinating efforts and activities among team members. Execute Tower strategy and provide input into strategy development. Facilitate efficient operations for current and future business development. Write and disseminate work plans and all project documents (including procedures, proposals, work process flows, progress reports and presentations), record keeping and change control via Sharepoint. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Be proficient in change management activities, coordinate and lead meetings to facilitate communication on project progress, deliverables, and action items needed to stakeholders. Work with subject-matter experts (SME's) to document business processes and develop supporting instructional materials. Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to design an effective plan to communicate and implement the new processes that will generate higher productivity and revenues. Develop organizational skills and identifies opportunities for the design of optimized processes across the business. Develop options to leverage outsourcing and process automation to drive effective service delivery, along with negotiating and monitoring outside service providers used in the delivery of WSC for the applicable unit. Measure project performance to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals using appropriate systems (Salesforce), tools and techniques. Maintain awareness of vendor plans and the potential impact of those plans on current and future functionality. Use marketing and sales skills to create customer focused solutions to enhance the employee experience. Negotiate priorities and support requirements with cross-functional teams, as appropriate, based on business and resource needs. Use analytical skills and TapRoot methodology to proactively review, research and recommend improvements to current processes. Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and provide conclusions or approaches to the job. Analyze data, track metrics, to identify trends to facilitate process optimization decisions to be made. Implement robust governance model to ensure integrity of employee documentation supporting global processes including promoting technology to increase productivity, decrease rework and eliminate manual effort. Organize training programs for peers and clients regarding new process and policies improvements. In collaboration with the Global Director, determine and implement an appropriate audit process to ensure ongoing integrity of people processes, including collating feedback from all client groups to constantly improve practices and policies. Collaborate with relevant parties on improvements to processes and supporting documentation to ensure consistent input and application of people data.
Bachelor's degree in Management Science or Engineering and three years' experience in business development in oilfield services business utilizing TapRoot, Sharepoint and Salesforce with emphasis on attraction and retention of employees and clients.
