Role: Reliability Operator
  • 8 days on/6 days off rotation
  • Will work Monday - Friday at start of assignment for training purposes
  • Minot/Tioga North Dakota area
  • Pay: $48.49/hr, no per-diem


  • Performs equipment surveillance, autonomous maintenance, and first-level response
  • Operates equipment and understands process controls & flow (start up, shut down)
  • Communicates work activities accurately in the system (shift changes, log books, daily email reporting)
  • Clearly communicates and works with Hess Operations to comply with applicable Hess policies and procedures
  • Complies with all Hess Rules and guidance (energy isolation, land transportation, EHS)


  • Industrial / Oilfield experience
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft)
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety requirements and practices


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
