Job Description

Arnco is seeking an impact player and difference maker to join our team as Field Sales Representative. The candidate should be a strong communicator, dynamic, results oriented, has strong people skills, and is dependable and driven by providing a unique and satisfying customer experience. Seeking an individual who thrives in a competitive customer focused environment.

A successful applicant will have 1+ years of Oilfield Sales experience and will be a good fit for the team.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead in the development of broad sales, budget and marketing strategies
  • Entertain existing and prospective clients
  • Execute sales plan to reach company financial targets
  • Present recommendations to penetrate new and existing markets
  • Assist in the alignment of products, services, and operations to deliver on customer challenges
  • Present a high level of technical understanding of product lines
  • Monitor bid and proposal activity to achieve conversion rate KPI's
  • Report sales opportunities, wins, and losses to VP of Sales
  • Follow up with operations to insure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Follow up after the sale to insure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Report on weekly activity to VP Sales
  • Participate in industry events on behalf of Company
  • Participate in quarterly reviews consistent with our Traction program

  • Will be traveling in the oil fields of their respective territory, spending many hours in a company vehicle
  • Will be expected to work 100% mobile - including sending in reports and attending meetings via video and teleconference
  • Must reside in either the Permian or Oklahoma area
