Where you fit in

You'll be working for Shell Asset Management Company BV (SAMCo) in Rijswijk, which provides high quality and cost-effective investment advice and asset management services to a number of Shell pension schemes and other Shell related entities.

As Corporate Actions Advisor, you'll be part of a team within SAMCo Operations that has a central role within the company. With a diverse range of clients across the globe, and financial markets facing continuous change, this is a professionally challenging and exciting environment to work in.

What's the role?

Your main focus will be analysing and processing corporate actions, static data and reconciliation breaks. That means, calculating and inputting corporate actions, identifying reconciliation breaks, and leading on static data inputs and updates.

A self-starter, you're going to be highly organised and work well under pressure, relishing problem-solving and always looking for how processes can be improved.

aturally, you'll call on excellent communication skills, that'll see you liaising successfully with Portfolio Managers on corporate actions, and ensuring effective and secure communication takes place between the different teams within SAMCo Operations and other departments.

What we need from you

We're keen to talk to men and women who are fluent in English, with a Bachelor's degree in either Finance or Economics. Alongside your experience within asset management and financial markets, we'll be looking for evidence of your strong analytical and accuracy skills, and some experience with the investment management software, SimCorp Dimension.
