Avdelingen håndterer all type pakking av gods, truckkjøring, organisering av transporter både innen- og utenriks, samt logistikkstøtte for bedriftens prosjektavdeling der Supply Chain koordinerer forsendelser til hele brønner på tvers av bedriftens avdelinger. Stillingen gir mulighet for videreutvikling.
Denne stillingen vil være i vår Prosjektavdeling

Arbeidsoppgaver:
  • Koordinere utstyrsforsendelser til og fra offshore-installasjoner
  • Koordinere lokal transport og innleid tredjepartsutstyr
  • Holde seg orientert om hvilket utstyr og til hvilken tid utstyr er påkrevd offshore (MoDem / WELS / SAP)
  • Jobbe med logistikksystemet WELS
  • Samarbeide med de ulike Halliburtonavdelingene, yardpersonell og verkstedpersonell for å sikre optimal flyt i logistikkprosessen
  • Kommunikasjon med eksterne kunder og leverandører
  • Lage nødvendig farlig gods-dokumentasjon (ADR/IMDG)
  • Vaktordning kan bli påkrevd

Kvalifikasjoner:
  • Bachelor innen logistikk
  • Erfaring innenfor fagfeltene logistikk/ forsyningskjede kan kompensere for manglende formell utdannelse
  • 3-5 års relevant erfaring innen logistikk mot offshore installasjoner/operasjon
  • God kjennskap til oljerelatert utstyr
  • Erfaring med forsendelser av farlig gods (ADR/IMDG-kurs)
  • Kunnskap til / erfaring med tollbehandling og bestemmelser
  • God kjennskap og erfaring fra bruk av ulike datasystemer (WELS, SAP++)
  • Gode norsk- og engelskkunnskaper muntlig og skriftlig
  • Proaktiv- Må være en team player

Due to increasing activity in our logistics department we are looking for you that have high work capacity, are ready for challenging days, in a team that handles versatile work tasks.
The department handles all types of packing of goods, forklift handling, organization of transports both domestic and internationally, as well as logistics support for the company's project department where Supply Chain coordinates shipments to entire wells across the company's departments. The position allows for further development.
This position will be in our Project department.

Job description:
  • Coordinate equipment shipments to and from offshore installations
  • Coordinate local transport and rental third party equipment
  • Follow up that equipment and time equipment is required to offshore base (Modem/WELS/SAP)
  • Work with WELS logistics system
  • Communicate with internal and external customers and vendors.
  • Make required DGM documentation (ADR/IMDG)
  • Duty will can be required

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Logistics
  • Experience in oilfield of logistics/supply chain can compensate for lack of formal education
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics against offshore / operations
  • Good knowledge of oil-related equipment
  • Experience with dangerous goods shipments (ADR / IMDG course)
  • Knowledge to/ experience in handling of Customs documentation/procedures
  • Good knowledge and experience with computer systems (WELS / SAP etc)
  • Good Norwegian and English knowledge oral and in writing

Founded in 1919, Halliburton is one of the world's largest providers of products and services to the energy industry. Halliburton took the initial steps toward becoming a worldwide company in 1926. We sold five cementing units to an English company in Burma, the start of our Eastern Hemisphere operations, and Erle P. Halliburton sent his brothers to open our business in Alberta, Canada. We opened in Venezuela in 1940. By 1946, the company – using its innovative technology – had expanded into Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and the Middle East and began performing services for the Arabian-American Oil Company, the forerunner of Saudi Aramco.

 

In 1951, Halliburton made its first appearance in Europe as Halliburton Italiana SpA., a wholly owned subsidiary in Italy. In the next seven years, Halliburton launched Halliburton Company Germany GmbH, set up operations in Argentina and established a subsidiary in England.

 

In 1984, Halliburton provided all of the well completion equipment for the first multiwell platform offshore China. Two years later, Halliburton became the first American company to perform an oilfield service job on the China mainland

 

The final decade of the 20th century brought more changes and growth to Halliburton. The company opened a branch office in Moscow in 1991.

 

The company realigned its work into Eastern and Western Hemisphere operations in 2006, and in 2007, divided its service offerings into two divisions: Completion and Production, and Drilling and Evaluation.

 

Today, Halliburton offers the world's broadest array of products, services and integrated solutions for oil and gas exploration, development and production.
