Position Summary:
Independently operate multiple CNC milling machines to manufacture API products.
Responsibilities:
- Operating allocated machines in a safe manner.
- Machining of jobs as per drawing and route card.
- Offer the product for in process QC inspection.
- Maintain the machine, tools and work area.
- Usage of measuring instrument in accurate and safe manner.
- Assist maintenance team as and when required.
- Training of Co-Operators

- SSC with ITI or Diploma in mechanical background is preferred
- 2-4 years' experience in mill machining is preferred
- HAAS or Dooson mills highly preferred
- Must be able to have flexibility in schedule (Day and Night Shifts)
- General understanding of machining required
- Basic knowledge of Engineering Drawing required
- Safe working practice
- Operation of machine required

Hearing, seeing ability to include depth perception, peripheral vision and rapid mental coordination. It is required to be mentally alert for entire regular shift.
Work Environment
This position will typically work in a climate controlled building.
