Job Summary

The I&E Tech carries out a variety of preventive maintenance work on instrumentation and controls equipment, such as loop, pressure, temperature, as well as, be able to read schematics and wire panels.

• Troubleshoots breakdowns, diagnoses faults and executes repairs; Refers problems to the supervisor; Maintains good housekeeping at work site and ensure tools and equipment are kept in good working order.

• Must be able to troubleshoot problems with Omni/PLC system and HMI software.

• Receives daily instructions and obtains required materials and equipment from the supervisor.

• Must be able to build panels from drawings and troubleshoot Omni.

• Adheres to all safety rules and regulations in carrying out work including following detailed procedures indicated in work permits.

Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is searching for an I&E Technician to join our international team with experience in the oil and gas industry.

Work schedule of 14x14 working out of Ingleside, TX and will be converted to an international 28x28 rotation schedule

Authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship required
