**This position is based in Midland, TX and therefore eligible for a Cost of Living Allowance and Signing Bonus under Weatherford's current compensation structure. Please note this incentive is subject to change at any time.**
Provide high level of support to the product line via technical selling, proper product application and product performance support. Must grow existing and develop new business relationships to increase sales of Weatherford's Product Lines
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work within an established geographical area to generate new business and grow existing customers
Develop and maintain long term customer relationships with key decision makers within the customer base
Provide technical knowledge and support to customers
Work with internal and external resources to solve customer issues
Maximize revenues for Product Line Services with assigned clients
Assist Sales Management with formulation of sales strategies and yearly budget
Develop individual sales plans and growth strategies
Identify new product opportunities and development strategies
Assist and introduce new Weatherford Products and Services into account
Prepare and give sales presentations
Generate and submit bids to customers as needed
Facilitate "pull through" offerings at every opportunity
Visit customer worksites to make certain the product is meeting customer expectations
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by manager within the physical constraints of the job
Individual must be able to follow instructions.
Ability to quickly gain broad based knowledge of multiple Weatherford Product Lines
Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications
Basic sales experience.
Minimum of combined 3-5 years sales/field experience
The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
Proficient oral and written communication skills.
Should be able to work closely with fellow employees.
Basic product knowledge.
Self-motivator, self starter.
