Location: Schiedam, The Netherlands
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months

Leap29 are currently working with a consultancy who specialize in offshore projects such as platforms and jackets. Our client is beginning a new project which they need an experienced Process Engineer initially for 12 months.

As Process Engineer you will provide concept, basic and detailed design services for process systems for both onshore and offshore Oil & Gas facilities. You are co-responsible for all process engineering work in single and multidisciplinary projects.


·Bachelors or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field,
·6 years working experience in process discipline,
·More than 2 years' work experience in a Process Engineer position,
·Experience in Hysys, Proll, Flare Calculation Softwares, Heat Exchanger Software, Hazard Analysis Software and SIL Software,
·Detailed knowledge of design techniques and methods for offshore projects,
·Good knowledge of English and Dutch,
·Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary projects,
·Pro-active, analytical and flexible.


·Create and develop P&ID's and PFD, charts and safeguarding,
·Perform simulations and calculations such as flare system analysis, equipment sizing, and hydraulic calculations.
·Participate in safety studies, risk assessment and SIL assessments.
