What's the role?
Part of a global team, you'll provide expert consulting and advice to our top leaders, and enable capability building at individual, leader/team, and organisational levels. It's a role that will put you at the cutting edge of corporate life - our functions are continuously changing and innovating to adapt to digitalisation, new ways of working, changing business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
You'll relish working collaboratively across the functions. We'll also trust you to focus on a specific functional team, cultivating a deep understanding of their capability needs both now and in future. From there, you'll help develop creative solutions, leveraging the full spectrum of methods: from on-the-job and blended coaching and mentoring to classroom activities, collaboration networks and knowledge management tools.

What we need from you
Alongside a master's degree (or equivalent) in a field such as educational science, organisational psychology or HR, you'll call on significant work experience in relevant areas such as Learning & Development, Organisational Effectiveness or Human resources. Your CV includes success in learning needs analysis and instructional design; you've also demonstrated that you can think holistically, analysing complex issues from a whole systems perspective and shaping appropriate solutions.
It's your personal skills that will make the difference. We're keen to hear from people who've proven their natural communication skills, confidently partnering with the business and influencing colleagues at all levels. You're happy whether you're working independently, prioritising and proactively intervening as necessary, or being part of a diverse virtual team. Ideally, you'll also bring us an in-depth understanding of change management, data analytics, and/or knowledge management.
