We are currently recruiting a HSE Well operations Manager to provide HSE leadership and monitoring support to all drilling and operations activities in accordance with relevant Safety and Environmental regulations, policies, standards and best practices, thereby assisting the safety of all personnel, contractors, company assets and the environment

The Key responsibilities are:
• Closely monitor crews at work, intervene and coach when unsafe acts or conditions are observed (stimulate discussions on job risk awareness and risk controls)
• Communicate with Eni Drilling Supervisor and HSE Coordinator/Manager
• Liaise effectively with drilling contractor and third party contractors on the rig including Drilling Contractor's HSE Coordinator in order to acquire, administer, analyses and report HSE indicators;
• Undertake compliance inspections of drilling contractor HSE safety management system implementation and compliance with the Eni HSE Commitment Statement and Standards;
• Assist in incident investigation, root cause analysis, reporting and administering;
• Coordinate and assist in HSE auditing / inspecting drilling rig and service providers on the rig;
• Assist in developing HSE plans, HSE bridging documents and incident management plans for drilling activities;
• Assist in developing Safety Case revision and monitor implementation;
• To ensure the implementation of the HSE Management systems in support of company activities,
• Monitor and report any regulatory and environment non-compliance Monitor HSE risk and hazard management processes for drilling activities Monitor JSA, pre-tour HSE meetings, weekly HSE offshore meetings, etc. and report any non-conformities and suggest / implement any improvements onboard;
• Monitor contractor's HSE management;
• Provide HSE training as requested (but not competency verification);
• Administer and provide drilling HSE statistics and reports to the HSE manager/coordinator

• Cert IV OHS;
• Experience in behavioral safety observation and coaching (3 to 5 years)
• Extensive experience in HSE drilling capacity;
• Certified Lead Auditor;
• Certified TapRoot Incident Investigator or equivalent;
• Valid TBOSIET required;
• Emergency Response Planning experience as well as experience in assurance activities;
• Sound knowledge of:
     o Offshore and Onshore HSE Laws / regulations
     o Due Diligence & Permitting,
     o Risk Assessment and root cause analysis
     o HSE Data Management and Reporting
