Hovedoppgavene for stillingen er:
- Være ansvarlig planlegging og oppfølging av retningsboretjenester på kundens installasjoner
- Aktivt samarbeide med kunden og gi tekniske råd daglig
- Bidra til godt samarbeid internt, med andre leverandører og operatøren slik at jobbutførelsen oppfyller krav og forventninger
- Jobbe for kontinuerlig forbedring av utførelse
- Forbedre og utvikle prosedyrer og arbeidsmetoder.
- Bidra til opplæring av nye medarbeidere og være med å skape et godt arbeidsmiljø
- Videreutvikle krysstrening og være aktivt med på digitaliserings og automatiseringsprosessen
- Lage kostnadsestimat per brønnseksjon og ukentlig rapportere omsetning og fremdrift

Erfaring som retningsborer, det er fordelaktig med erfaring som Bore ingeniør, DD koordinator eller Teknisk rådgiver.
God teknisk forståelse.
Master (MSc) eller Bachelor (BSc) innenfor petroleumsteknologi, geologi, naturvitenskap eller andre relevante felt. Mangel på formell utdanning kan kompenseres med relevant erfaring.
Beherske engelsk skriftlig og muntlig, norskkunnskaper er også fordelaktig.

Halliburton is one of the pioneers within directional drilling operations and have participated in the development of the Norwegian continental shelf since the first test well in 1966.
In order to accommodate the increasing workload we are looking for a Technical Advisor for our Directional Drilling department.
This position requires daily customer interface and organizing resources in an ever changing environment (In house at customer office).
The main tasks are:
- Responsible for planning and follow-up of directional drilling operations
- Interact and collaborate with customer daily on technical areas
- Contribute to good cooperation internally, with other suppliers and the operator to meet requirements and expectations
- Work to continuously improve the execution
- Improve and develop procedures and working methods.
- Contribute to training of new employees and to create a good working environment
- Further develop cross-training and be actively involved in the digitization and automation process
- Make cost estimates per well section and report weekly progress
- Focal Point for all Sperry Drilling Services

Experience as Directional Driller, preferably also as Drilling Engineer, DD coordinator or Technical Advisor.
Strong Technical knowledge.
Preferably Master (MSc) or Bachelor degree (BSc) in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Science or other relevant fields. Lack of formal education can be compensated with relevant experience
Fluency in English verbally and written required, beneficial with a Scandinavian language.
Excellent communication skills.
Solution oriented, adaptable and flexible.
Candidates that are team oriented and exhibit good communication skills will be preferred.
We seek a person who can work independently and a drive to seek solutions within the team, proactive and self-driven will be preferred.
You need to work in a structured manner and the position requires that you champion the Company's HSE and SQ procedures.

We opened in Venezuela in 1940. By 1946, the company – using its innovative technology – had expanded into Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and the Middle East and began performing services for the Arabian-American Oil Company, the forerunner of Saudi Aramco.
In 1951, Halliburton made its first appearance in Europe as Halliburton Italiana SpA., a wholly owned subsidiary in Italy. In the next seven years, Halliburton launched Halliburton Company Germany GmbH, set up operations in Argentina and established a subsidiary in England.

The final decade of the 20th century brought more changes and growth to Halliburton. The company opened a branch office in Moscow in 1991.
