Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
 

  • Liaison between the program delivery and operational team to continuously improve the end to end expatriate lifecycle.
  • Partner with relocation, expat tax and expat compensation to look for opportunities to improve the programs/processes to flow seamlessly for the expat.
  • Bridge policy and compliance requirements to optimize the interaction and value to the customer.
  • Lead overall immigration program to create a global standardized approach for expatriates.
  • Provide counsel/strategy for the company approach to any significant changes in immigration with our major expatriate locations, while operational immigration will action individual cases.
  • Lead expat secondment arrangement strategy to ensure we are maximizing partner deductibility while managing tax and immigration compliance from home and host perspective.

 


Required Qualifications:

 

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably in Business, Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years Human Resources experience, specializing in expatriate management, compensation and policy administration
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to relate to and work with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Experience with Workday is an advantage
