Position Description

We are seeking a Stimulation Specialist to join the University Relations Division (URD).

URD is responsible for ensuring that the overall corporate partnerships with institutions of higher education and government are satisfactorily and sustainably managed and enhanced. By managing university engagements at a strategic level, we support the Company's and Kingdom's transition to a knowledge economy, strengthen the research and development portfolio, and ensure a sustainable supply of talent.

Your primary role will be to interact with internal and external teams/advisors, to ensure successful implementation of the partnerships, to maximize benefits for the Company.
Minimum Requirements

As the successful candidate you will hold a Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Business from a recognized and approved program.

You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing university-industry relations.

Experience in network-building between academia and corporations.

Ability to produce clear, logical, and comprehensive reports and correspondence.
Duties and Responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following:

Create reports for the Strategic University Committee.

Create detailed plans with clearly defined partnership objectives and desired outcomes.

Collaborate with Business Lines and divisions' heads to develop university partnership strategies for targeted universities.

Develop operational plans and branding activities at assigned universities, to attract top professors and researchers for collaborative research.

Develop, implement and execute on-campus events that include: info session, tech talks, executive visits, faculty visits, and Saudi Aramco Days and events with professors and researchers.

Manage university relations advisor teams to ensure appropriate selection of team members and clear role definitions/responsibilities; coach and prepare the advisors for campus visits; and coordinate closely to ensure a unified partnerships approach.

Partner with university teams to annually assess each target university's performance, to determine overall effectiveness.

Promote joint research and development projects within the university, which could be potentially interesting for both Saudi Aramco and academic researchers.
