Position Description
We are seeking a Professional Training & Development Advisor to join the Technical Support Department within our Research and Development Center.

Technical Support is responsible for providing a comprehensive range of professional and development services and expertise. The Research and Development Center (R&DC) has ambitious expansion plans, which will involve significant growth and increased complexity in operations at the headquarters in Saudi Arabia and the global satellite facilities.
Your primary role will be to support the R&DC during a period of rapid change in several focus areas, including: talent assessment and development, employee counseling, preparation and maintenance of Individual Development Plans, and monitoring performance appraisals.

Minimum Requirements
As the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology.

You will have 7 years of overall progressive HR experience in areas such as performance and talent management, organizational design, leadership development, facilitation, and training. Appropriate roles might include responsibilities in talent and performance management, organizational development, leadership development, facilitation, and training are also necessary. You must be results-oriented, with a proven ability to communicate key performance indicators, linking HR initiatives to bottom line results, in terms of productivity, quality, safety, service, revenue and/or nonlabor costs.

Duties & Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following:

Facilitate formulating and implementing the department's HR Goals.
Provide guidance and mentoring for the department and the HR team.
Provide advice and guidance to the department for HR strategy implementation.
Provide feedback and recommendations to the department and division heads to improve the effectiveness of HR strategies.
Coordinate and ensure the quality and consistency of succession planning decisions in the department. Collaborate with other departments to streamline the reassignment of talent out from and into the department.
Facilitate the annual Department Bench Strength Analysis.
Collaborate with the management to facilitate leader selection/deselection processes.
Monitor the department's performance in achieving human capital development targets.
Audit the quality and execution of the department's approved Individual Development Plans to ensure targeted development goals are met.
Review employee psychometric instruments and assists department leaders in outcome interpretation.
