Raeburn have a requirement for an Environmental Advisor to work with our client. This is a permanent position based South of Aberdeen.

Working as part of the HSEQ & RC Department; responsible for managing all Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Regulatory Compliance activities and the promotion of HSEQ awareness in order to contribute to the realisation of the companys goals and strategy.
The Environmental Advisor is responsible for performing environmental activities in support of the companys objectives as described in company Safety & Environmental Management System, CMAPP and HSEQ Policy.
The Environmental Advisor will establish a cooperative working relationship within the department, asset team, regulators and company. They will report regularly to the line manager and asset manager on progress, successes, setbacks and concerns. They will work in accordance with the Corporate Management System (CMS) and actively contribute to corporate and department continuous improvement initiatives.
The Environmental Advisor will be expected to provide independent environmental advice to ensure that our client operates in a manner which is compliant with corporate objective and applicable legislation. They will proactively handle the cycle of environmental audits and inspections. Providing support to two assets, regular offshore visits will be required and on occasion there may be requirements to travel abroad.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A result-orientated, methodical and organised Environmental Advisor/Engineer with excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability. Furthermore:
- Relevant Environmental Engineering or Science Degree
- Experience with environmental permitting and consents in an offshore or high hazard industry environment or demonstrable experience in comparable roles
- In possession of an ISO 14001 Lead Auditor qualification
