KCA Deutag Appoints New CFO
KCA DEUTAG announced the appointment of Dr. Daniel Wiest who will replace Peter Milne as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.
Dr. Wiest has extensive experience in investment management, finance and control. After studying Business Administration in Munich, he gained his Doctorate in 1991 at the University of Berlin. Dr. Wiest's career spans a number of different industries and countries, and he brings more than 10 years of CFO experience to the Group. Dr. Wiest was latterly CFO of APCOA Group.
Holger Temmen, CEO, said, "After almost 25 years with the company, Peter Milne has announced his retirement and will be stepping down as Chief Financial Officer. He has played a vital role in the management of the Group and I thank him for his long term contribution. We wish him a long and happy retirement. It is a pleasure to welcome Daniel to the team."
