ADX Commences Drilling Ops Offshore Tunisia



Exploratory drilling has commenced on the Lambouka-1 well on the Lambouka prospect in the Kerkouane exploration license offshore Tunisia. It is estimated that the mean prospective resource for the prospect is 270 million barrels of oil equivalent with the primary objectives for the well being the Miocene-aged Birsa formation and the Cretaceous-aged Abiod formation. Drilling is being performed by the Atwood Southern Cross semibub in a water depth of 1,312 feet (400 meters), and it is expected to take about 35 days to drill and evaluate the well.
